Yin Zhen Silver Needle

Yin Zhen silver needle is one of the rarest and most spectacular teas in China, making up less than 0.1% of the total tea produced in the country. The needle-shaped white tea is mainly cultivated in Fujian, which is renowned for premium white tea, and harvested for only a few days each spring when the youngest buds are plucked in the morning and allowed to dry in the sun.
