Hawaii black tea is grown in the dramatic, mineral-rich slopes of the Mauna Kea Volcano and is considered one of the rarest teas world over. A region in which large-scale production is impossible, a unique blend of Assamica and Bohea leaves are hand-picked on a five-acre family owned farm. Created in 1 kilogram batches, just 5 kg is produced annual. In the cup this tea has alight delicate infusion which delivers top notes of dates and honey, with undertones of nutmeg.
