Description

English Breakfast Tea is regarded by many as the most important cuppa of the day, with this in mind we created a unique blend compromising of the finest loose leaf teas from Assam, Ceylon and Darjeeling. The blend has incorporated the strength and brightness of an Assam, flavour, and aroma of a Ceylon along with the beautiful floral notes of a Darjeeling that ensure your first cuppa brings a smile to your face and satisfaction to your soul.

Traditionally the morning cuppa has many interpretations for all of us, most of us are happy to throw a teabag in a cup, hot water, short brew, dash of milk and we get something with a little flavour, a little colour, little aroma, all in all, it gives us a little bit of nothing. If breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day, why should not our breakfast tea match up to the same? Therefore, the need to create a blend of loose-leaf teas which could reign over all breakfast teas.

English Breakfast Tea has components coming from Assam, Ceylon, East Africa and occasionally Darjeeling. All these regions have their own unique properties which when blended create a complex blend that caters to the making of an English Breakfast Tea. We could have taken the easy way out and followed this norm, but we decided to push ourselves even further. The aim was to get the best from each of these regions and allow them to guide us. The outcome is something special and unique to Teafields, as all the teas that are in this blend play the perfect role to ensure that your first cup of tea is the perfect start to your day.
